# Supplier portal

# Supplier Collaboration Portal

As a brand owner, compiling compliance certificates and material composition breakdowns requires collaboration with your raw material suppliers and fabric mills. Passr includes a **Supplier Portal** to request this data directly from third-party manufacturers.

## 1. Requesting Supplier Data

Instead of sending emails or tracking spreadsheets manually:

1. Navigate to **Supplier Requests** in your dashboard.
2. Click **New Document Request**.
3. Enter your supplier's email, target style name, and the specific compliance files you need (e.g., GOTS Certificate, Recycled Polyester yarn test report).
4. Send the request. Passr generates a secure, single-use upload link.

## 2. The Supplier Upload Experience

* **No Login Required**: Suppliers receive an email invitation and click a secure link. They do not need to create a Passr account.
* **Upload Forms**: Suppliers fill in the material percentage breakdown and upload PDF/image certificates directly through the upload portal page.
* **Secure Sandbox**: Uploaded files go into a secure quarantine folder linked to your workspace.

## 3. Review & Import

Once a supplier submits their data:

* You receive an email and dashboard notification.
* Review the submission (verifying percentages and certificate dates).
* Click **Approve & Import** to attach the disclosures directly to the product's compliance locker in one click.
