Billing & Plans

Passr offers four pricing tiers designed to scale with your brand — from your first pilot product to a full enterprise catalog. All plans include core DPP functionality. Higher tiers unlock larger catalogs, more team members, and advanced features.

1. Plans Overview

2. Free Trial

All new accounts start on a free trial with full access to Passr’s features. The trial has no hard time limit — you can explore the platform, add products, and test QR codes before committing to a paid plan. Once you’re ready to publish passports commercially or need to go above the trial limits, upgrade from the Billing section of your dashboard.

3. Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard
  2. Review your current usage (SKUs used, team members, passports published)
  3. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want
  4. Complete checkout via Stripe (card payment)
Upgrades take effect immediately — your SKU limit and feature access are updated the moment payment is confirmed.
All plans are billed monthly. Annual billing with a discount is available — contact hello@passr.eu to arrange annual terms.

4. Usage Monitoring

Your Billing page shows live usage meters so you always know where you stand: Usage meters update in real time. If you’re approaching a limit, the meter turns amber (>70%) or red (>90%) as a visual warning.

5. Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is for larger brands with complex requirements:
  • Unlimited products, users, and passports
  • Custom SLA guarantees for uptime and response time
  • Dedicated account manager and compliance onboarding support
  • Legal compliance review — our team reviews your passport data for regulatory accuracy
  • On-premise deployment option (self-hosted in your own infrastructure)
  • Custom contract terms
Contact us at enterprise@passr.eu or book a call at passr.eu/enterprise to discuss requirements.

6. Cancellation & Data Retention

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account moves to a read-only state at the end of the current billing period:
  • All your data (products, compliance records, scan history) is retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate at any time during this period and continue where you left off
  • After 90 days, data is permanently deleted
Export your compliance data (see Settings → Data Export) before cancelling if you need to retain records for audit purposes.
