Settings

The Settings hub gives you full control over your Passr workspace. Access it via the Settings link in the sidebar.

1. Brand Profile

Settings → Brand Profile Configure the public-facing information for your brand: Changes save automatically and are reflected immediately on all live passport pages.

2. Team Access

Settings → Team Manage who has access to your workspace:
  • View current members — see all active team members and their roles
  • Invite new member — send an invite by email (choose Admin or Viewer role)
  • Change role — promote a Viewer to Admin or demote an Admin to Viewer
  • Remove member — revoke workspace access immediately
See the Brand Setup guide for a detailed explanation of Admin vs Viewer permissions.

3. Security

Settings → Security

Password

Change your account password at any time. You’ll receive a confirmation email to your registered address.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA for your account using any TOTP authenticator app:
  1. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.)
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
  4. Save your backup codes in a secure location
Once enabled, you’ll be prompted for a 6-digit code every time you sign in.
Store your 2FA backup codes securely. If you lose access to your authenticator and your backup codes, you will be locked out of your account and will need to contact support to regain access.
