Brand Setup & Workspace Configuration
Your brand workspace is the central hub where all your products, compliance data, team members, and billing are managed. This page explains how to set it up and keep it organised.1. Onboarding Wizard
When you sign up for Passr for the first time, a 3-step wizard initialises your workspace automatically.Step 1: Brand Details
Step 2: Role Selection
Choose the role that best describes your position:- Sustainability Manager — Default compliance owner
- Founder / CEO — Executive oversight
- Head of Product — Product lifecycle management
- Compliance Officer — Regulatory audit lead
- Operations — Supplier and logistics management
- Other
Step 3: Workspace Provisioning
Once submitted, Passr provisions your private brand database partition and assigns your account Admin privileges. This takes a few seconds, after which you land on your Dashboard.2. Team Roles & Access
Passr uses role-based access control (RBAC) to keep your workspace secure. There are two roles:Admin
Full workspace permissions:- Add, edit, and publish products
- Manage the Compliance Locker (upload certificates, edit material data)
- Send supplier document requests
- Generate and export QR codes
- Invite or remove team members
- Access billing and subscription settings
Viewer
Read-only access:- View all product compliance data and passport pages
- See scan analytics and dashboard metrics
- Download existing QR code assets
- Cannot edit any data or change settings
3. Inviting Team Members
To add a colleague to your workspace:- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address and select their role (Admin or Viewer)
- Click Send Invite
Team member seats are counted against your plan’s user limit. Check your current usage under Settings → Billing.
4. Brand Profile Settings
Access your brand profile at any time via Settings → Brand Profile to update:- Brand name and logo
- Country of origin
- EU VAT number
- Public brand description (shown on consumer passport pages)
- Support contact email (displayed to consumers on passport pages)
5. Two-Factor Authentication
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account, especially if you hold Admin access. Go to Settings → Security → Enable Two-Factor Authentication to set it up with any TOTP authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.).Next Steps
